SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs depend on the selected shipping method, the weight of the parcel, and the destination country. The exact shipping cost is clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Shipping costs apply unless otherwise stated. Please note that additional charges such as VAT, import duties, and/or taxes may apply once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the order total.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, betón does not collect VAT, import duties, or taxes. Any such fees are levied and collected by the local government in the destination country. Customs duties and tariffs vary depending on location.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched.

Once it is on its way to you, you will receive tracking info via email. Packages are not transported on weekends and local public holidays.

Kindly note that the estimated delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of betón’s, and the post’s control. These factors may include but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc. Additionally, please note that during periods of sales, delivery times may be longer than usual.

I haven’t received my package yet – what do I do? If you have received your tracking-ID, we urge you to directly contact your local post office. If you have not received your tracking-ID, please contact us and we will look into this for you, immediately.

Can I change my order?

yes you can change the order as long as it has not been shipped. please contact us to do so.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you wish to make a change in your delivery address, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in this matter.

Can I add products to a placed order?

we recommend that you place an additional order. Please contact us for related inquiries.

How do I cancel my order?

Before your order has been shipped or marked fulfilled you can cancel it, please email us to do so.

Why have I not received an order confirmation by email?

If an order was submitted, verified, and processed successfully, you should have received an automated order confirmation via email. If you have not received an order confirmation sent via email, we recommend you to contact us so we may investigate this for you. It is possible that your order was unsuccessful. Additionally, it could also be possible that the e-mail address submitted by you was incorrect or that the email has ended up in an alternative folder in your email.

What happens to my order in the event that an incorrect stock was displayed during the time of my order?

We reserve the right to alter/change/cancel an order in the event that stock levels have been incorrectly displayed by the time of the order placement.
